Yes. Request the trial for your company: we activate it and send the invitation to the administrator. We tell you the duration, people and storage when we activate it, and no credit card is needed.
Drag them into your Flow folder: it syncs like any other folder, no separate import tool needed.
The desktop app is optional. It gets you Finder/Explorer integration and on-demand files; everything is also available from the browser.
Only for what you open. Every folder and file shows up in Finder or File Explorer and downloads when you need it. You can keep the folders you choose always on your computer, and let Flow move back online the ones you haven't opened in a while.
You can keep your documents in the European cloud managed by Flow or connect your company's storage. With Flow on-premise you can also install the service on your own infrastructure.
Work and collaboration
Yes, search looks inside the content of PDFs, Office files and text. Scans and photos are read with OCR, so even a photographed document is searchable by its words.
Yes. With a protected link, a guest can open the files, approve or reject each one, leave notes and complete the review without creating an account.
Yes. Prepare the document, choose the recipients and follow the process through to the completed PDF, kept together with evidence of every step and protected by a certified cryptographic seal.
Locking is manual, from the web app, Finder or File Explorer. A folder lock extends to its contents. Expiry, reminders and logged administrator unlocks help the team resume work.
Manage Git repositories, tasks and pull requests in the same environment as your documents. Work with your own tools and review code and changes from the browser.
Recovery and protection
The file stays in the trash for the period chosen by the administrator. If your plan includes versioning, you can also return to an earlier version or use the time machine to recover a file, folder or space.
With «Protected data»: you paste the password (or generate it there), write what it is for, and Flow creates a link that can be read once and then disappears from the server. The email carries only the link, never the content, and you can add a passphrase to give in person. When the recipient opens it you get a notice with date and time, and until they do you can revoke it. It works the other way round too: with «Request protected data» you send a link where the client pastes their own credentials, with no account needed.
That is the intended behavior: the first read consumes the link. When you create it you can raise the number of reads allowed, but a single-read link sent to two people stops at the first one, which is why sending accepts a single recipient. If two people need it, send it twice.
No: identical content is stored only once, so the space you use is the real one. Content in folders with optional encryption is the exception and is not deduplicated.
You can control access, protect your shares and use the malware checks provided by the service. The Security page explains the protections and how they work.
Plans and deployment
Yes. During checkout you enter your billing details and, when required, your SDI code or PEC.
Yes. You can ask to move to another plan; features and limits adjust to the plan you choose.
If you choose a plan, nothing moves: files, spaces, people and settings stay where they are. If you don't, Flow switches to read-only: files can be read and downloaded, and uploads stop. When data deletion is scheduled, administrators first receive an email with the date.
Yes. Flow on-premise is an installation dedicated to your company, in your own infrastructure. Configuration, support and pricing are defined together.
