Your data stays yours

Decide who can access your documents, protect your shares and find earlier versions when you need them.

Know where documents live, decide who can access them and recover work when something goes wrong.

01

Malware checks on uploads

Uploads within the stated scanning limit are checked. A file detected as infected is rejected and never becomes available; if the scanner is unavailable, the upload is blocked.

02

A dependable foundation for the managed service

In the managed service, documents are stored in Flow's European storage. Connections to the service are protected with HTTPS.

03

Everyone sees what they need

Grant read or edit access and protect links with a password and an expiry date. The log keeps a record of administrative activity. If your plan includes it and your company enables it, two-step verification adds protection to sign-in.

04

Recover without opening a ticket

The trash follows the period chosen by your space administrator. On plans that include versioning, you can return to an earlier version and use the time machine to recover a file, folder or space.

05

Passwords do not travel by email

Passwords, keys and credentials are sent with a link that can be read once and then disappears from the server: the email carries only the link, never the content, and you see when it was read. It works the other way round too, to have a client send you credentials without an account.

You can keep your documents on your own storage

Use the storage managed by Flow, or connect your own: an Azure account, an S3 space or a NAS in your office. When the storage is yours, so are the choices about copies, backups and availability.

Your content does not become advertising

We use the content of your documents for Flow's features, such as previews and search. We don't use it for advertising or to train public models. Search, text reading and KAi run on Flow's servers, not with third parties.
