KAi/flow

Work/flow · KAi

The folder is alive.

A document arrives, a certificate is about to expire, someone has to approve: the folder knows what to do. It puts the file in the right place, asks for approval, tells the team. Tell KAi what should happen and it takes care of the rest.

You tell it, and it does it.

Tell KAi what you want to happen. Before it starts, it shows you the steps, and you can change them.

When a document lands in “Inbox”, work out what it is and put it in the right folder. If it's a contract, have the manager approve it first, then move it to Contracts and tell the team.

How it works.

Every automation is made of a few simple pieces. KAi reads the documents, Flow does the rest.

01

When

A file arrives or changes, a review or a signature is completed, an event is coming up, a message arrives, or at a set time.

02

If

Decides based on what the file is, who uploaded it and what KAi understood.

03

KAi

Reads the document and understands what it is and what it says. It runs on Flow's servers, in the European cloud.

04

Acts

Moves and creates folders, asks for reviews and signatures, schedules events, writes in the chat, sends emails.

05

Waits

Waits for someone to answer or approve, even for days, then carries on.

06

Remembers

Keeps track of everything: what happened, who decided, when.

Try making one.

Choose when it starts and what it should do: the steps appear on the right.

See where every document stands.

For every file you see what's done and what's missing. If someone answers a week later, the work picks up where it left off.

KAi never does anything you couldn't do.

The automation works with the permissions of whoever switched it on: what that person can't do, KAi can't do either. And for sensitive things, like sending a file outside the company, it asks first.

Work/flow comes with KAi.

It's included wherever KAi, Flow's assistant, is. Write to us and we'll show you.
