Cookie Policy

English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

This page describes the cookies and other storage tools used by the public website of Flow, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR»), Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines of 10 June 2021. The controller is GRK Interactive S.r.l.; its details and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.

1. What they are

Cookies and similar tools (the browser's local storage) are small pieces of data that a website saves on the device and reads again on later visits. Technical ones are needed for the website to work and do not require consent; all the others are used only if you accept them.

2. Technical tools (always on)

NameWhoseWhat it is forDuration
flow_site_localeFlowRemembers the chosen languageUntil you clear the site data
flow_themeFlowRemembers the light or dark themeUntil you clear the site data
flow_consentFlowRemembers your choices on this page6 months, then you are asked again
Cloudflare TurnstileCloudflareChecks that whoever sends the Contact and Purchase forms is not an automated program, with nothing to click; it processes the IP address and technical browser data according to the Turnstile Privacy AddendumThe time of the check
Stripe.jsStripeOnly on the purchase page: processes the payment and prevents fraud, with its own technical cookiesSet by Stripe

3. Statistics

To understand how the website is used and improve it we use KAi Analytics, a tool of our own (GRK Interactive): the data goes to analytics.kaigrid.ai, on our servers in the European Union, is not used for advertising and is not passed on to anyone.

Without your consent: anonymous counts only

If you refuse, or until you choose, we only count anonymously the pages visited, where visits come from and the forms sent. We save nothing on your device: no cookies and no data in the browser storage. The IP address is shortened before being saved (for example 203.0.113.0 instead of 203.0.113.45), and the pages of the same day are grouped with a code that cannot be reconstructed after two days: nobody, not even us, can link one visit to another or to you.

With your consent to «Statistics»

If you choose «Accept all» or turn on «Statistics» in «Customise», we recognise your browser on later visits and also collect: device, approximate city, the path between pages, clicks on contacts and main buttons, the sending of forms without their content, and technical page errors. When the network you visit from is registered to a company or an organisation, we derive its name, to understand which companies are interested in Flow. The full IP address is kept for 7 days, then shortened as above.

NameWhereWhat it is forDuration
_kai_vCookieA random code that recognises the browser on later visits, without knowing who you are; valid on all kaigrid.ai sites13 months from the first visit, not renewed
_kai_v, _kai_vtBrowser storageCopy of the code and date of the first visit, so as not to extend the expiryAs the cookie
_kai_sBrowser storageKeeps together the pages of the same visit30 minutes from the last activity
_kai_cBrowser storageRemembers that you gave consent, to start straight away on the following pagesUntil consent is withdrawn
_kai_cfg, _kai_rules, _kai_order, _kai_hp_checkoutTab storageTool settings; a purchase counted only onceUntil the tab is closed

4. Session recording (only with your consent)

It is a separate consent, off at the start, which also requires statistics. It is not always on: we turn it on only to understand a specific problem, for example when someone tells us that a form or a purchase does not go through. In that case it records the pages, the forms sent and their outcome, the website's responses and errors. It never records what you type in the fields, nor the screen. Besides the tools in the table above it uses _kai_rec in the tab storage, which lasts at most 12 hours.

The legal basis for full statistics and recording is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you like: when you withdraw it, the cookie and the data above are deleted from your browser immediately and only anonymous counts remain.

5. How to change your choices

You can give, refuse or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: . Closing the banner with the X is the same as refusing non-technical cookies. You can also clear the site data from your browser settings: in that case you will be asked again on your next visit.

6. Application and shares

The Flow application, after sign-in, and the pages of public shares use only technical tools needed for the session, described in section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
