Spaces · Flow

A space is not a folder.

It is a team's place: its people, its chat, its calendar and the folders reserved for those who need to see them.

A folder holds files. A space is a complete workspace, in the hands of the right people.

A space for every…

Team

Accounting, Design, Sales: each with its own files and its own people.

Project

The building site, the trade fair, the key client: a space that opens and closes with the project.

Company you work with

If you work for several companies, one space for each: people, conversations and calendars stay separate.

Joining and leaving, in one step

Add Anna to the space

  • She sees the files at once, on her computer too
  • She joins the chat channel
  • She finds the calendar events
  • She gets an email letting her know

Remove Anna from the space

  • She no longer sees the files, which also disappear from her computer
  • She no longer sees the channel, history included
  • The space's calendar disappears, from her phone too
  • If her computer was off, it happens when she turns it back on

Inside the space, folders for a few

Reserve a folder for some of the space's people: the other members don't see it. Restricted folders can also be nested.

The space is the boundary for everything else too

  • Ai assistants

They open on a whole space or on a single folder, and see only that.

  • API tokens

A token can be limited to one space: your systems see that and nothing else.

  • KAi

Choose the spaces KAi can look at when it answers you.

The space's boundary

Anyone who isn't part of the space doesn't see it: not the files, not the channel, not the calendar. The administrator, too, must be part of it to get in.

Shall we set up your spaces together?

Tell us how your teams work, or how many companies you look after: we'll show you how to divide them into spaces.
