Drag them into your fspool folder — it syncs like any other folder, no separate import tool needed.
The desktop app is optional. It gets you Finder/Explorer integration and on-demand files; everything is also available from the browser.
You can use managed storage or connect your company cloud through Azure Blob or a compatible S3 space.
Work and collaboration
Yes — search looks inside the content of PDFs, Office files and text. Scans and photos are read with OCR, so even a photographed document is searchable by its words.
Yes. With a protected link, a guest can open the files, approve or reject each one, leave notes and complete the review without creating an account.
Yes. Prepare the document, choose the recipients and follow the process through to the completed PDF, kept together with evidence of every step and protected by a certified cryptographic seal.
Recovery and protection
The file stays in the trash for the period chosen by the administrator. If your plan includes versioning, you can also return to an earlier version or use the time machine to recover a file, folder or space.
No: identical content is stored only once, so the space you use is the real one. Content in folders with optional encryption is the exception and is not deduplicated.

Plans and deployment
Yes — checkout asks for your VAT number and, if you need it, your SDI code or PEC.
Yes. You can ask to move to another plan; features and limits adjust to the plan you choose.
Yes. Fspool on-prem is designed for a dedicated, single-tenant deployment, with configuration and pricing defined around your infrastructure and business needs.
