A dependable foundation for the managed service
In the managed production setup, files live on Azure with zone redundancy. Connections to the service are encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
Everyone sees what they need
Permissions per space (edit or read-only), sharing links with a password and an expiry date, drop-only links where the recipient can upload but never see what's already there. Who did what in your space's administration — roles, users, spaces, API tokens — stays in the activity log. On plans that include it, a second step by email protects sign-in.
Recover without opening a ticket
The trash follows the period chosen by your space administrator. On plans that include versioning, you can return to an earlier version and use the time machine to recover a file, folder or space.
The storage can be yours too
Choose the managed service or connect a company Azure account or compatible S3 space. When the storage is yours, availability, redundancy and backups remain under your control.
